Business service
Web3Agent Permit provides software for wallet permission monitoring, policy generation, risk labeling, revocation tracking, webhook alerts, and audit reporting. The service is intended for business and professional use.
No custody or financial advice
We do not custody funds, control private keys, execute trades as a broker, provide investment advice, provide legal advice, or guarantee any on-chain outcome. You are responsible for wallet configuration, transaction approval, contract review, and compliance decisions.
Account and data responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of wallet addresses, policies, transaction samples, webhook endpoints, and user roles you provide. You must not submit seed phrases, private keys, unauthorized personal data, or data you do not have the right to process.
Payments and access
Checkout is processed by NOWPayments. Prices are listed in USD, and crypto settlement may involve network fees, exchange-rate effects, and confirmation timing outside our control. Access is provisioned after payment confirmation and basic onboarding checks.
Refunds
Refund requests should be sent to support@aigeamy.com. We review requests in good faith, considering payment status, service use, onboarding work, abuse risk, and applicable law. Network fees, third-party processor fees, and already-delivered professional work may be non-refundable where legally permitted.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to facilitate fraud, sanctions evasion, theft, malware, market manipulation, unauthorized wallet access, or activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights. We may suspend or refuse service for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal concerns.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable service, but features may change, degrade, or be unavailable due to maintenance, external APIs, blockchains, payment providers, hosting providers, or security events. Preview or beta features may be modified or discontinued.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided to the maximum extent permitted by law without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free analysis, profit, compliance outcome, or risk elimination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your submitted data, wallet activity, unlawful use, breach of these terms, or decisions made from reports generated by the service.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
